AS9997 (MECHA) is held by Suzuka Cable Co., Ltd. — Cable Net Suzuka (ケーブルネット鈴鹿, CNS), the cable operator for Suzuka in Mie Prefecture, Japan. MeCha is the brand of its consumer internet service, which is why the handle looks nothing like the company name.
