ROUTE95 is held by GREEN FLOID LLC, the RIPE LIR behind the ITLDC hosting brand. It is a VPS and dedicated-server provider, not the transit or access network the handle might suggest.

What it's used for

• Around 3,300 addresses across a dozen small prefixes, plus several IPv6 blocks.
• Reverse DNS is unambiguous: vdsNNNNNNN.hosted-by-itldc.com and dedic-NNNNNNN.hosted-by-itldc.com fill the space, alongside the operator's own layer6.net gateways and a scatter of customer-chosen names.
• The RIPE inetnum objects say so too — netnames like GF-MIA-NET, GF-ES-BCN and GF-GR-SKG, each with a descr: block reading "As ISP we provide hosting, virtual, and dedicated servers".

Notable

• The prefixes are spread across the provider's points of presence — Miami, Barcelona, Thessaloniki and others — so an address here geolocates to a datacentre in one of those cities, not to the holder's US registration address.
• Customer-controlled reverse DNS is common on this network, which is why odd hostnames on invented-looking TLDs turn up in the space. They are tenant choices, not evidence of the operator's business.
