Salish Networks operates the fibre and broadband plant serving the Tulalip reservation, Quil Ceda Village's commercial district and the surrounding community, so the space carries a mix of residential subscribers, tribal government and enterprise sites, and local institutional customers. One sampled address answers as snopud.com, the Snohomish County Public Utility District, which points to at least some regional business and public-sector connectivity riding on the same AS.

The prefix registrants line up with the operator rather than against it: the announced blocks are registered to SALISHNET-01, TULALIP-BROADBAND and TULALIPTRIBES-01. Those look like three different names but they are one tribal enterprise group, and first-party reverse DNS on the same space confirms it — this is a real operator, not an AS number carrying someone else's leased address space.
