provider operating out of Sofia under the delta.bg brand.

What it's used for

• Shared hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, plus IP transit and colocation. The rDNS is unambiguous about this: hosting01.delta.bg, vps.gift2you.bg, mvps.textile.bg, web.jumphosting03.com, novahost.bg — a mix of the operator's own hosting platforms and resellers running on top of them.
• A large slice of the space carries customer-branded names directly (mail.eurofootball.bg, ns.dir.bg, maxsuccess.bg), which is what a hosting and colocation business looks like from the outside: the addresses wear the tenants' names, not the operator's.

Notable

• The inventory is roughly 40 mostly-/24 prefixes totalling under 10,000 IPv4 addresses, but with well over a hundred observed BGP neighbours. That ratio — small address footprint, heavy peering — is characteristic of a regional hosting provider that also sells transit into its home market.
• There is no dynamic, PPPoE or DSL subscriber naming anywhere in the sampled space. Despite being a long-established Bulgarian internet company, this AS carries servers, not eyeballs.
• IPv6 is deployed and announced alongside the IPv4, including several 2a0e:: and 2a02:: allocations.
