SUCCEED-NET is Succeed.Net, a fixed-wireless and fibre internet provider serving the Sacramento Valley and north-state counties of California — Yuba, Sutter, Placer, Sacramento, Butte, Colusa, Yolo, Glenn, Tehama and Nevada. It is a WISP built to cover the rural and semi-rural areas the large cable and telephone incumbents skipped.

Residential and business broadband access. The reverse DNS is unusually informative and settles the question outright: PTRs read SucceedNet-YUBA-DHCP, SucceedNet-SACRAMENTO-DHCP, SucceedNet-ROSEVILLE-STATIC, SucceedNet-MISC-STATIC, and — the memorable one — SucceedNet-LincolnCrossingHOA-DHCP, a residential subdivision named directly in the hostname. DHCP pools tagged by town, and static assignments tagged by market: that is an eyeball access network, and the operator has helpfully labelled its own address plan by service area.

RIS sees 28 announced v4 prefixes carrying 18,432 addresses, no IPv6, and 4 observed BGP neighbours. Four upstreams for a network of this size is an access provider multi-homing for resilience, not a carrier — a wholesale network moving comparable volume would show neighbours in the hundreds. Every registrant checks out as first-party: SUCCEED-NET-ISP through SUCCEED-NET6-ISP, all with org Succeed.Net, across five separate legacy ranges (64.57, 66.255, 74.116, 147.124, 207.173). Scattered blocks accumulated over years by an ISP that kept buying space as it grew.

One sampled PTR breaks the pattern: 64.57.96.5 resolves to mail.calweb.com. Address space acquired from, or still serving, an older Sacramento-area provider is the natural reading of a stray legacy name inside an otherwise uniformly branded block.
