What it's used for

• Business internet, voice and managed connectivity, mostly across the western United States, with some Canadian reach. It announces roughly seventy-five prefixes and well over a million IPv4 addresses.
• Its reverse DNS is a corporate-history lesson in itself: names still resolve under eschelon.com (Eschelon Telecom), integraonline.com (Integra Telecom, later rebranded Electric Lightwave) and cloudcollaboration.ca. Zayo acquired Electric Lightwave/Integra in 2017 and folded its business and voice assets, together with Allstream's, under the Allstream brand.

Notable

• This is a business ISP, not a consumer one. Even the ranges whose names contain dsl belong to the Eschelon and Integra business-access products; there is no residential subscriber pool here.
• ARIN's record for the ASN was re-registered under the Allstream entity in 2022 as part of that corporate reshuffle, so the registry dates describe the paperwork rather than the network's real age. The number itself sits in a mid-1990s block.
