AS9771 (SYNNARA-AS-KR) is held by Media Synnara, the South Korean company behind Synnara Records (신나라레코드) — a long-running music distributor and record retailer. Synnara Distribution dates to 1982 and the group runs both physical stores and one of Korea's best-known online music shops, carrying an unusually deep back catalogue of K-pop, indie, OST and classical releases.

What it's used for

A small corporate network fronting an e-commerce business. RIS shows 768 IPv4 addresses in three /24 prefixes — 211.247.254.0/24, 211.247.255.0/24 and 211.61.169.0/24 — with one observed BGP neighbour. The reverse DNS confirms the identity directly rather than merely hinting at it: a sampled address in 211.61.169.0/24 resolves to www.synnara.co.kr, the company's own storefront. So this AS is hosting the retailer's public web presence on its own address space.

Three /24s and a single upstream is the smallest useful shape a routed network takes. There is no hosting business here, no customer allocations and no transit role — just enough portable space and enough BGP for a retailer to keep its own storefront addresses stable. No IPv6 is announced.
