AS9762 (HCN-AS) is held by kt HCN Co., Ltd. — the cable multiple-system operator formerly known as Hyundai HCN (Hyundai Communications Network), which is the name the older registry records and the ASN handle still carry. KT Skylife was named preferred bidder for Hyundai HCN's broadcasting business in 2020 and completed the acquisition in September 2021, after which the company was rebranded under the KT banner.

RIS shows 76,800 IPv4 addresses spread across 111 prefixes, and the distribution is the giveaway: after a /20 and a few /21s, the bulk of the announcements are /22s scattered across a dozen unrelated address ranges — 49.142.x, 120.50.x, 202.150.x, 123.108.x, 114.199.x, 110.35.x, 211.47.x and more. Non-contiguous space in small uniform blocks is what a cable MSO accumulates as it wires up separate franchise areas, each headend getting its own allocation over the years. Against those 76k addresses there is just one observed BGP neighbour, which rules out any wholesale or transit role. It is an eyeball network hanging off a single upstream — now, in practice, its parent. No IPv6 is announced from this ASN.
