• An eyeball network. The addresses sit in front of residential cable modem customers, so they should be read as consumer broadband and not as hosting or business space.
• The handle and the description disagree about which district this is: the handle says Seocho, the registry description says Dongjak. Both are Seoul districts, and the registered address is HCN's own office rather than the franchise area, so neither should be leaned on for fine-grained geolocation within Seoul.
• Reverse DNS is absent across the space. That is normal for Korean access networks and is not in itself a warning sign.
