The company was formed in 2003 by combining Asiana Airlines' information and communications division with its CRS business, and it sells IT outsourcing, systems integration, network integration and airline/airport systems work (check-in, baggage, flight information) alongside manufacturing and public-sector projects.

What it's used for

This is a corporate IT and hosting network, not a carrier. RIS shows 131,072 IPv4 addresses across 13 prefixes, and the shape is unusual: essentially the entire footprint is two full /16 aggregates, 120.73.0.0/16 and 165.141.0.0/16. Everything else announced is a more-specific carved out of them — a /19, three /20s, a /21 and a handful of /24s, which is the classic pattern of steering inbound traffic across upstreams for specific subnets. Against 131k addresses there are only three observed BGP neighbours. Thousands of neighbours on that address count would mean a wholesale carrier; three means an end network multi-homed to a couple of Korean transit providers, running its own and its clients' systems on portable space.
