AS9729 (IS-AP) is held by iAdvantage Limited, the data centre arm of SUNeVision Holdings (SEHK: 1686), itself part of the Sun Hung Kai Properties group. iAdvantage is one of Hong Kong's largest carrier-neutral colocation operators, best known for the MEGA-i / MEGA Campus facilities.

What it's used for

Eighteen peers is far too few for a wholesale carrier and far too many for a single enterprise; it is the profile of a facility that buys transit from several Hong Kong carriers and peers at the local exchange so its tenants get diverse, low-latency reach.
