AS9584 (GENESIS-AP) is held by Diyixian.com Limited, trading as DYXnet, a Hong Kong network and cloud-services operator established in 1999 and now a wholly-owned subsidiary of VNET Group (formerly 21Vianet), the Chinese carrier-neutral data-centre company. DYXnet sells MPLS and SD-WAN enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, security services and colocation across Hong Kong and Greater China.
