AS9526 (KOSCOM-AS-KR) is held by Koscom, the Korea Securities Computing Corporation — the financial-IT utility that supplies the technology backbone of Korea's capital markets. Then there is a long tail of single /24s drawn from many unrelated parent ranges (123.141.x, 121.141.x, 118.37.x, 112.172.x, 1.254.x, 203.246.x, 211.169.x, 59.15.x, 211.175.x).

That tail is the signature of a shared-infrastructure operator: a /24 apiece, from whichever provider originally assigned it, announced from Koscom's AS because the customer's systems now sit in Koscom's facilities. With only five neighbours it is not a transit carrier — the customers are colocated and connected, not routed through.

• Koscom sits under the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Korea Exchange, so it is closer to market infrastructure than to a commercial hosting company, even though its routing looks like one.
