Backbone and exchange-point gear shows up under IX.kbtelecom.net with names like TPNOC3-P68-10G5-14-GAMA, identifying Taipei NOC 10G interfaces.

• Sampled addresses in 203.133.9.0 resolve to deploy.akamaitechnologies.com, meaning Akamai edge caches sit on-net inside this ASN. That is normal for an ISP of this size and is why some of its space serves CDN content rather than subscribers.
• One PTR in the sample (219-70-0-5.twt1.com.tw) points outside the kbtelecom naming, a reminder that rDNS shows what a block carries, not who holds it.
• The address holdings are enormous for a non-incumbent: multiple /15s and a long list of /16s, accumulated across the cable industry's consolidation in Taiwan.
