AS9253 (MYTV-HK) is held by New Media Group Limited, the digital arm of Hong Kong broadcaster Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB). It is the network behind myTV SUPER, TVB's over-the-top streaming and OTT set-top platform.

What it's used for

Both are under TVB's own domains, and the first names a piece of streaming infrastructure — Edgeware is a video-delivery and CDN appliance vendor, and shield is a caching-tier role name. Addresses carrying named video-delivery nodes rather than templated subscriber PTRs is exactly what you expect from a media company serving its own streams.

The neighbour count matters here: ten adjacencies against only six thousand addresses is a high ratio, and it is the signature of a content network that peers to push traffic out efficiently rather than an eyeball network pulling it in. The estate itself is a 202.126.48.0/20 deaggregated into /21s and /23s, plus later 103.84.220.0/22 and 45.115.196.0/22 allocations — enough space to run streaming origin and edge tiers, but nowhere near an access provider's footprint.
