show only the org's street line ("Odessa, Ukraine") as the name. It is

Telnet, an internet provider in Odesa serving the city and the surrounding

Odesa oblast under the uptel.net domain.

What it's used for

• Fixed broadband access. Telnet built the first WiMAX network in the Odesa region and also sells wired access, leased lines and telephony to homes, small businesses and outlying towns in the oblast.
• About 8,200 IPv4 addresses, all of it the single legacy block 195.138.160.0/19 plus the /24s deaggregated out of it.

• The reverse DNS is a clean access-network pattern: sequential per-host names like d6-1.uptel.net, d6-100.uptel.net, d11-128.uptel.net — one label per /24, one number per address, exactly how end-user pools get named. One /24 is labelled outright as wimax-13.uptel.net, tying the addressing to the wireless access network.
• A router (cstr.uptel.net) sits at the head of the block; everything else in the sample is subscriber-shaped.
• Eight observed BGP neighbours, and the /19 has been announced since 2000 — a small regional ISP that has held the same space for a quarter century.
