INTELWAY-AS is the network behind IntelWay (ИнтэлВэй), a multi-service operator selling home internet, TV and telephony in the Moscow region — around Solnechnogorsk, Rzhavki and Povarovo. The RIPE holder object is Digital Solutions LLC, Moscow.

What it's used for

• A single 31.42.32.0/20 (about 4,096 addresses), fully deaggregated into /24s and announced with a handful of small downstream ASNs.
• Reverse DNS on the routed space is IntelWay's own router and gateway naming — gw-NN.brs-sNN.intelway.ru, ae0-N.jmx-rt01.intelway.ru — mixed with occasional customer mail hosts.
• The provider's own price list is a consumer one: monthly home-broadband tariffs, card top-ups, a coverage map of residential settlements.

Notable

• Despite the low AS number, this is not an early-internet allocation to look up historically: the aut-num object dates to 2011 and both the organisation record and the 31.42.32.0/20 assignment were re-registered to Digital Solutions LLC in October 2025. The current holder is recent even though the number is low.
• The block previously routed under a "Dinfo" route object, and some of the surviving rDNS still points at dinfo.ru hosts.
