Notable

• This is an enterprise network. Nothing here is sold as connectivity: an address in this space is a TD site, a TD server or a TD security appliance, not a customer of an ISP and not a hosting tenant.
• Reverse DNS is almost entirely absent across the /16, which is typical of a bank: publishing a map of your internal estate in public DNS is an unnecessary disclosure, so financial institutions routinely leave the space dark.
• The unusually fine-grained prefix breakdown (dozens of /23s and /24s carved out of one Class B) is a fingerprint of a large, long-lived corporate network that has been re-segmented many times as the bank grew and merged.
