What it's used for

• Fujitsu group network and hosting infrastructure. The registry records tie its blocks to Fujitsu rather than to any consumer brand: 202.226.192.0/19 is registered to FSAS itself under the netname ISP-NET01, and 203.139.128.0/20 is a Fujitsu Limited block still carrying the InfoWeb netname from Fujitsu's 1990s consumer ISP.
• Legacy regional-ISP space: 202.216.96.0/19 resolves under ia-net.ad.jp and infoaomori.ne.jp — InfoAomori, Aomori Prefecture's first ISP, founded by a Fujitsu group engineering company in 1996 and wound down years ago.

Notable

• Sparse rDNS is the finding. Only a handful of hosts in ~21k addresses resolve at all. This is not a busy eyeball or hosting network today; it looks like corporate and residual infrastructure held by the Fujitsu group.
• Do not read the surviving ISP names as live consumer services. InfoWeb and InfoAomori are retired brands whose netnames outlived them, a common pattern in the RIR databases and a reliable way to get a card's kind wrong.

Interesting

• Fujitsu's InfoWeb was one of the big early Japanese consumer ISPs before it was folded into @nifty; the block name is one of the last visible traces of it.
