the LACNIC region rather than ARIN's, where the number was originally issued.

• Reverse DNS across the announced space is router infrastructure rather than subscriber pools, e.g. ae200.601.edge2.scl1.as7195.net (a Santiago edge router), with third-party customer nameservers mixed in. That is the shape of a transit and interconnection network, not an eyeball ISP.
• It announces a few hundred prefixes drawn largely from LACNIC's 200.25.0.0/16 and 2800:1e0::/32 ranges.

• EdgeUno describes AS7195 as one of the most densely interconnected IP networks in Latin America, peering at more than twenty regional internet exchanges.
