company registered in Pozuelo de Alarcon, on the outskirts of Madrid.

What it's used for

• Internet and hosting services. One announced block is a provider-independent /24 whose registry record describes it plainly as "Internet services provider"; the other is a /22 documented as internet hosting services.
• The network is tiny: roughly a thousand addresses across two prefixes, with a couple of upstreams and no significant peering footprint.

Notable

• Abuse handling and one of the maintainers point at Tecnocratica, a Madrid data-centre and hosting operator, which is also an upstream. That relationship suggests SDR's presence is inside a Madrid colocation facility rather than an access network of its own.
• The administrative and technical contact is a single named individual, which is typical of long-lived one- or two-person Spanish network operators that predate the consolidation of the local hosting market.
