The RIPE record describes it simply as "Internet Service Provider", but the company's actual business is a carrier-neutral Manchester facility selling colocation, dedicated and shared hosting, cloud and disaster-recovery services to UK SMEs.

Notable

The inventory is larger than the customer footprint suggests: roughly 120,000 IPv4 addresses in a dozen aggregated blocks, mostly older European /18s and /19s rather than a single contiguous modern allocation. Much of that space looks accumulated rather than densely used, so a given prefix may be quieter than the headline count implies.

Interesting

The AS number sits in the 5377–5631 range RIPE NCC handed out in the mid-1990s, but the holder is a comparatively young company. Treat the low number as a property of the block, not evidence of an early-internet pedigree for Itility itself.
