• The trading name is not in the registry. RIPE registers the aut-num to Limited Network LTD (ORG-LA1969-RIPE, GB, created 2024-11-29), and the evidence prefix 77.90.185.0/24 is netname LIMITED-NETWORK, SUB-ALLOCATED PA. Nothing in RIPE says "Btcloud". The connection comes from Spamhaus, whose ASN-DROP entry for AS213790 records the domain as btcloud.ro — which is what ties the reported provider name to this ASN.
• The network is listed in Spamhaus ASN-DROP, and 77.90.185.0/24 is in Spamhaus DROP as SBL654925.
• The admin-c is a role object literally named RipeDB (RA12012-RIPE), rather than a named individual or a NOC role.

Interesting

• Reverse DNS is empty across all five prefixes, with nothing answering on any sampled address. Combined with the absent PeeringDB record, the registry is again the only handle.
• 192.253.248.0/24 carries netname INTERNET-SECURITY-LIMITED-NETWORK, registered to Secure Internet LLC (UK) — a different holder from the other blocks, so the address space is assembled rather than allocated.
• Its upstream [AS209605](https://asn.ipinfo.app/AS209605) is itself a hosting network of the same character (Lithuanian, ASN-DROP-listed, a prefix in DROP). This is a hosting reseller sitting behind a hosting reseller.
