VPS, and hosting out of Turkey (sunucun.com.tr).

Hosting and VPS address space. RIS/Atlas observes roughly 65 IPv4 prefixes

carrying about 26,900 addresses, weighted heavily toward /23s and /24s,

plus a pair of IPv6 /32s. The fragmented, scattered /24 inventory is the

shape of leased address space rather than one large native allocation. Some of

those blocks are leased from third parties: 166.0.230.0/24, for example,

carries first-party ips.acedatacenter.com reverse DNS — space belonging to

[Ace Data Centers](https://asn.ipinfo.app/AS11798) in Utah — but is announced

from Sunucun's Turkish ASN.

Notable

• Self-declares as "Enterprise" on PeeringDB, but its own profile describes "industrial server and hosting services" on a 100-200 Gbps network with no internet-exchange or facility presence recorded. This is a VPS/colo operator, not an eyeball ISP, and is classified as hosting.
• The mix of RIPE-held space and leased US-registered /24s means both registries can be in play on a single lookup.

Interesting

• Reverse DNS on the leased blocks points at a US data-center operator while the routing is Turkish, so a name-only or rDNS-only lookup can place this network on the wrong continent.
