centre at 2400 E. 17th Street in Columbus, Indiana. It is a single-prefix

enterprise network, not a service provider.

What it's used for

Hospital-side enterprise connectivity: the AS exists so the hospital can hold its

own address space and multi-home it rather than depend on a single ISP's routing.

RIS sees exactly one prefix, 205.196.15.0/24 (256 addresses), and two observed

neighbours. That neighbour count is the whole story of the network's role. A

carrier peers with hundreds to thousands of ASes; a two-neighbour AS is an end

• The /24 is registered in ARIN to Columbus Regional Hospital itself, matching the AS holder exactly. Self-registered space announced by its own registrant is the cleanest possible signal that this is a real operator running its own network, with nothing leased, brokered, or resold.
