• The reverse DNS is where the role becomes unambiguous. Sampled addresses land on dyn.oletelecom.com.br dynamic pools, generic host-N.… names under freefone.com.br, and corporate mail and relay hosts under ole.net.br. Those are subscriber pools and the operator's own service hosts.

• Every prefix that resolved registers to the same company under its LACNIC identifiers, and the rest of the lookups simply failed, which is not a clearance either way but leaves no third-party registrant anywhere in the inventory. Self-registered space with first-party subscriber rDNS is a real operator, not a leasing front.
