Two samples resolve into customer-owned domains instead — a commodity-trading firm and a hosting portal — which is exactly what corporate dedicated-access and colocation space looks like from the outside.

Neither is a third-party leasing tell: carrier-assigned blocks and related-operator registrations are ordinary in Brazilian routing. Several registry lookups for the large aggregates failed outright, which is missing data, not a clearance.
