TELEPAK-NETWORKS-INC is the wireline network of C Spire Fiber, the Mississippi-based regional carrier. Telepak Networks and C Spire Wireless are both held by Telapex, Inc., the Ridgeland, Mississippi holding company, and Telepak's fibre business was rebranded under the C Spire Fiber name. It serves consumers, businesses and institutions across Mississippi and the Gulf Coast.

Sixty neighbours against a quarter-million addresses is the profile of a real regional carrier: it buys transit, it peers, and it has customer ASes behind it. An enterprise of the same address size would have three or four.

Reverse DNS shows the space carrying access customers rather than servers. Addresses answer as static-50-86-128-5.telepak.net, 136.239.0.5.static.cspire.com, host-207-179-32-5.cspire.net and reserved-76-8-240-5.telepak.net — subscriber and static-assignment naming under the operator's own domains. Institutional customers show up directly: 167.160.210.5 is ns.mc.edu and 167.160.210.133 is nat.wireless812.mc.edu, Mississippi College's nameserver and campus-wireless NAT, sitting on space registered as TELEPAK-ADDITIONAL.

The prefix registrants look scattered and are not. CELLULAR-SOUTH2 (org: C Spire) is the group's own mobile arm under its former name. CALLIS-COMMUNICATIONS is the Mobile, Alabama business-communications provider C Spire acquired in 2013. COGENT-A is ordinary provider-assigned carrier space. TRI-STATE-INTERNET holds 50.86.0.0/16, announced here with telepak.net reverse DNS on it. Every one of these is intra-group corporate history, upstream-assigned space, or a named ISP whose blocks this carrier announces — not the unrelated third-party registrants that signal IP leasing.

The invns-05.telapex.com PTR on 66.175.128.5 is the holding company itself showing through: the parent's domain still names infrastructure inside a network that markets under two other brands.
