IW-ASN-11071 is InfoWest, Inc., the dominant independent ISP of southern and central Utah. Based in St. George and operating since 1994, it delivers fibre and fixed-wireless broadband across Washington and Iron counties and out into the rural corners of the state, and in January 2020 it acquired AWI Networks — the fixed-wireless operator that began life as Sky-View Technologies.

Last-mile residential and business internet access. RIS sees 29 IPv4 prefixes carrying 49,408 addresses, headed by 209.33.192.0/18, 70.34.0.0/20, 64.37.0.0/20, 64.255.80.0/20 and 207.50.144.0/20, plus seven IPv6 blocks including a 2606:5980::/32 and a 2604:2540::/32. For a regional ISP that is a healthy, properly dual-stacked inventory.

The registrant handles trace the corporate history directly: prefixes sit under FIF-STG-IFW-NET4- and FIF-STG-AWI-NET4- — one internal naming scheme, STG for St. George, with IFW and AWI distinguishing the InfoWest-native ranges from the ones inherited with the AWI acquisition. Reverse DNS carries the same three brands: .host.infowest.network, .awinetworks.net and *.webb-dyn.skyviewtech.com. Self-registered space with first-party rDNS across every major block — a real operator, and the scatter is the ordinary residue of an acquisition, not a leased-address patchwork.

Those are site codes with a dyn suffix for dynamically assigned subscriber addresses — pools hanging off individual wireless relay sites, each serving the homes within line of sight.
