What it's used for

Two hundred thousand addresses behind four BGP peers is unmistakably an enterprise, not a service provider. A network that size in the hands of an ISP would be peering with dozens or hundreds of others; here it multihomes to a small set of transit carriers and originates its own space for factories, offices, dealer systems and data centres. The prefix list matches: two /16s (164.121.0.0/16 and 204.53.0.0/16), a /18, and then 204.54.0.0 and 204.55.0.0 sliced into a series of even /19s. Uniform internal subdivision of contiguous legacy space is how a large company partitions sites and regions across its own backbone.

The 192.43.64.0/18 and 204.5x ranges are pre-CIDR-era assignments — Deere was an early corporate adopter of IP networking, and it still originates the space it was given then rather than having handed it back or renumbered into provider space.
