AS10671 Comision Nacional de Actividades Espaciales

AS10671 belongs to the Comisión Nacional de Actividades Espaciales, CONAE, Argentina's national civil space agency. One neighbour is about as clear an end-site signal as the routing table produces: the agency buys connectivity from one upstream and announces its own space, and carries traffic for nobody else. For a research agency in Argentina, that upstream is characteristically the national academic and research network rather than a commercial carrier, though the routing evidence alone does not name it.

Five /24s, 1,280 addresses, is a small, working allocation: enough for the agency's offices, its scientific and mission-operations systems, and the public-facing services through which it distributes satellite imagery, and no more.

The address space is split across two unrelated legacy Latin American ranges, 200.16.80.0, where CONAE holds four consecutive /24s, and a single stray 200.9.75.0/24. That pattern, one contiguous run plus an orphan block from a different parent, is the ordinary accretion of an institution that was allocated space more than once, years apart.

There is no IPv6 announced at all, which is a notable gap in a country whose research networks have otherwise pushed IPv6 hard.
