INTERFAST-AS-ID is PT. Kreasi Sejahtera Teknologi, a Jakarta internet service provider

trading as Interfast. It belongs to Sejahtera Group, a Jakarta company founded in 1984

that was among Indonesia's earliest ISPs and a founding member of APJII, the national ISP

association.

What it's used for

• Internet access and voice/data network services sold in Indonesia, backed by the group's own international submarine-fibre capacity out of Jakarta.
• The AS itself is small. RIS sees 2 IPv4 prefixes, 202.51.198.0/24 and 202.51.214.0/24 (512 addresses), no IPv6, and 2 observed BGP neighbours.

Notable

• A licensed provider, but on the evidence this AS is serving businesses rather than a consumer eyeball base. Two /24s cannot hold a residential subscriber population of any meaningful size, even behind NAT, and the two neighbours are consistent with a small operator taking upstream from a pair of transits rather than aggregating downstream customer ASes. Corporate dedicated-access circuits, where each customer needs only a few routable addresses, fit 512 addresses comfortably.
• The two prefixes come from adjacent slices of the same legacy 202.51.0.0/16 APNIC range, which is what an Indonesian ISP of that vintage would have been assigned in the 1990s. There is no sign of the multi-RIR scatter that marks an address broker: the space is old, contiguous in origin, and self-announced.
• Confidence is deliberately capped here. The holder is firmly identified, but the customer mix behind 512 addresses is not something the routing table alone can settle, and no reverse DNS was returned for the addresses sampled.
