This is a small independent ISP, and the topology says so. RIS sees **6

announced IPv4 prefixes totalling 8,192 addresses, 1 IPv6 prefix**

(2406:9600::/32), and 5 observed neighbours. Five neighbours is the

signature of a modest provider rather than an enterprise or a carrier: an

enterprise keeps two upstreams and peers with nobody, a wholesale carrier

accumulates hundreds of peers, and a small ISP sits exactly here — a couple of

transit providers plus a handful of exchange-point sessions.

The address space is one contiguous story: everything is carved out of

202.153.128.0/19, deaggregated into a /20, /21, /23s and a /24. That is a single

old APNIC assignment being announced in pieces for traffic engineering, not blocks

assembled from elsewhere. The one PTR in the sample, a-wing4.the.net.id, is a

router or aggregation device in the operator's own domain — first-party

infrastructure, which is the mark of a genuine operator.

Holding a full /32 of IPv6 while announcing only 8,192 IPv4 addresses is worth

noting: the v6 allocation is the standard ISP-sized block, another sign the holder

is registered as a provider rather than an end user.

Interesting

The rDNS sampled here names infrastructure, not customers, so it does not reveal

whether the subscriber base leans corporate or residential — the operator's history

is as a business and leased-line ISP.
