Roughly 13,800 addresses against just 15 observed BGP neighbours is the classic corporate silhouette: a couple of transit providers in each region and nothing else. A wholesale carrier at this size would peer with hundreds of ASes. The -AP suffix on the handle records only that the number was issued by APNIC for UBS's Asia-Pacific operations; the same AS carries the bank's European and North American legacy space.

Address space registered to a bank is normally staff and back-office space, so it should be geolocated to UBS premises rather than to customers. Treat traffic from it as originating with the institution itself.
