AS9990 (NIandC) is held by Nippon Information and Communication Corporation, which trades in English as NTT Integration Corporation (NI+C). It is a Japanese systems integrator established in 1985 as a joint venture between NTT and IBM Japan, and it still describes itself that way: NTT majority, IBM Japan the minority partner. Its business is network and security services, system development and data-platform work for Japanese enterprises.
