The parent is a national incumbent, but this particular AS is not the incumbent's eyeball or backbone network, and the card should be read accordingly.

That is the profile of a satellite or legacy network kept alive inside a large group — a specific platform, an acquired operator's remnant, or a service block — rather than a network with subscribers on it.

The APNIC registration supports the "acquired remnant" reading: the maintainer object on this AS is TM's webe object, the lineage that runs from Packet One Networks through webe digital into what TM markets today as Unifi Mobile. Corporate reorganisation moved the registrant name to TM Tech, but the underlying object still shows where the resource came from.
