That last block matters: 202.30/202.31 is Korean research-and-education allocation, the same pool other national universities in this ASN range draw from, so the address inventory corroborates the education classification independently of the registry name.

The fragmentation into nineteen prefixes rather than one aggregate is the signature of space accumulated piecemeal over decades. Korean universities historically put much of the campus directly on routable addresses, which is why the per-student address count looks generous next to a Western institution of the same size.
