AS9906 (ETNET-HK-AP) is held by ET Net Limited (經濟通有限公司), a Hong Kong financial-information company and a member of the Hong Kong Economic Times (HKET) group. ET Net supplies real-time stock and derivatives quotations, market data feeds and financial news to Hong Kong banks, brokerages and retail investors, and runs the consumer portal at etnet.com.hk.

What it's used for

This is a market-data provider's own network, not an ISP. RIS sees just 12 IPv4 prefixes totalling 3,072 addresses, no IPv6, and a single observed BGP neighbour. Both numbers point the same way. A network of this size with exactly one upstream is an enterprise multihoming for its own service delivery, and one neighbour means it buys transit rather than selling it. Every announced prefix is a /24 and all twelve sit inside the same contiguous 202.62.192.0 – 202.62.223.255 block, so the deaggregation is internal segmentation of one APNIC allocation rather than an assembled inventory of unrelated space.

For a real-time quote vendor that segmentation makes sense. Feed distribution, the public web portal, the terminal product and the exchange-facing links are all different trust zones, and a /24 per zone is the natural granularity.
