AS9867 JTC-AS VISION College of Jeonju

AS9867 (JTC-AS-KR) is held by Vision College of Jeonju (전주비전대학교), a private vocational college in Jeonju, North Jeolla Province. The handle preserves the institution's former name, Jeonju Technical College, under which it was founded in 1976; it was renamed in 2011. The college is best known for hands-on industrial and manufacturing programmes, casting, welding, moulding and related trades, alongside health, business and service courses, and it maintains training links with Korean industry.

On a campus that space covers the usual mix: teaching labs and workshops, lecture halls, library and administrative systems, staff offices, student wireless and dormitories, plus a handful of externally reachable servers for the web presence and academic systems. The fragmentation into twenty-one separate prefixes rather than one aggregate reflects allocations picked up piecemeal over decades rather than a single block.
