AS9849 CWD-AS Office of the president

AS9849 (CWD-AS) is registered to the Office of the President of the Republic of Korea, the body that supports the South Korean presidency. The handle reflects Cheong Wa Dae (the Blue House), which has historically been used as a metonym for the presidential secretariat. This is a government end-user network.

What it's used for

The routing evidence is small, tight and entirely consistent with a single government institution serving its own systems. What the space plausibly carries is the presidential office's public web presence and the externally reachable edge of its internal systems, with the bulk of the institution's actual computing sitting behind that edge and not visible in BGP.
