What makes this AS interesting is the ratio: only 256 addresses, but 7 observed BGP neighbours. That is an inversion of the usual pattern. A network this small normally has one or two upstreams; seven adjacencies against a single /24 says the organisation is deliberately reachable through many paths. For a hospital group whose clinical systems, imaging transfers and patient-facing bookings cannot tolerate a single carrier failure, that is a rational design: hold a small, portable block of your own address space, announce it from your own ASN, and buy connectivity from several providers so no one of them can take the group offline.
