AS9632 (SDCNET-AS-KR) is held by the Seoul Dairy Cooperative (서울우유협동조합), the South Korean dairy farmers' co-operative behind the Seoul Milk brand. It is an enterprise network belonging to a food producer, which makes it one of the more unexpected holders of a low-numbered AS.
