A sampled PTR in 203.189.3.0/24 resolves to a VPN endpoint on a qld.edu.au school domain, which is exactly what you would expect: the AS terminates remote access for individual member schools out of a centrally-held block.

The holdings are a mix of eras — a legacy 203.189.3.0/24 alongside newer APNIC space (103.24.208.0/23, 103.55.114.0/23, 45.115.116.0/24) picked up as the system grew.
