AS9382 (DARKTIDE-AS-AP) is a very small Australian autonomous system registered through APNIC as darktide.net, with a postal contact address in Marsfield, New South Wales. It is one of the long tail of tiny, independently-numbered networks that predate the era when getting an ASN meant justifying real scale.

That, combined with the size, points at self-run infrastructure — servers, a handful of hosts, perhaps some hosted services — rather than a customer-facing access network.
