Every sampled PTR agrees: hostnames follow nk210-200-136-5.cl.static.apol.com.tw and 210-58-98-5.cm.static.apol.com.tw, i.e. statically assigned customer lines under apol.com.tw, with the cm variants suggesting cable-modem service. So the ASN carries APOL's Taiwanese access and business-connectivity customers.

Alongside the core APOL blocks sits a tail of unrelated-looking /24s drawn from newer APNIC space (103.246.252.0/23, 103.234.45.0/24, 103.122.224.0/24) and even RIPE-region space (185.171.169.0/24). These are most plausibly customer or leased assignments riding the same origin AS, but they are not part of the historic APOL allocation.
