headquarters on ul. Marynarska 12. The "name" in the registry is that street

address, not a description of the network.

What it's used for

• Almost nothing that can be characterised. The AS announces no IPv4 at all and a single IPv6 /48, with three observed BGP neighbours.
• It is an ancillary registration alongside T-Mobile Polska's real network, and it is maintained by the same object that maintains that network.

Notable

• Because the AS carries no address space, it cannot honestly be given a kind. It is not a mobile eyeball network in any observable sense — nothing sits behind it to geolocate or classify. The operator's actual subscriber space lives on its main AS, and inheriting mobile onto this one from the holder's name would put a label on an empty network.
• Held deliberately at low confidence and in no kind list.

Interesting

• T-Mobile Polska is not the only holder in this range whose registry "name" is a street address rather than a company (ul. Marynarska 12 here). It is a quirk of how some RIPE objects were imported: the as-name field got whatever text the original record happened to carry.
