OpenStack public/private cloud (teutoStack), managed Kubernetes and enterprise

web hosting.

Notable

• Where rDNS is delegated it lands squarely on regional organisations hosted by teuto.net: a newspaper's e-paper system, a regional news portal, a manufacturer's mail exchanger, a web agency. The company's own hosts (apt-proxy.teuto.net) fill in the rest. Most of the space is undelegated, which is normal for a cloud provider handing addresses to VMs.
• No subscriber-access naming anywhere — no dsl-, pppoe- or dynamic pools. This is a datacentre network serving businesses, not an eyeball ISP, despite the company's long history as a local internet provider.

Interesting

• The 2001:ae0::/32 is a full-size IPv6 allocation for a company of this scale — German hosters were early and enthusiastic IPv6 adopters, and teuto.net took its block long before most of its customers had any use for it.
