DIGIT1-AS is Digit One LLC (ООО «Цифра Один»), a Moscow internet provider that

trades as Цифра 1 / Almatel. The Almatel group was assembled in 2016 by

merging 2KOM, Digit One and several other local operators, and this AS carries the

combined address space.

What it's used for

• Home internet, IPTV and telephony across Moscow and the surrounding region, plus business connectivity for offices and commercial buildings.
• Roughly 65,000 IPv4 addresses across ~25 prefixes, with three upstream neighbours. No IPv6 is announced.

Notable

• The rDNS is a museum of the operators the group absorbed, and each brand keeps its own naming: broadband-IP-DASHED.2kom.ru and ppp-IP-DASHED.ultranet.ru are clear eyeball subscriber pools, while cust-NN-NN.telecall.ru, cust-NN-NN.tsnet.ru, host-IP-DASHED.n.atel.su and tN-NN.sitek.net cover the other acquisitions. The group's own domain, cifra1.ru, shows up only on management hosts.
• That mixture is the honest picture: mostly residential access with a real B2B tail, rather than a single clean consumer network.

• Multiple retail brands sharing one AS is common for Russian consolidators. The giveaway is that the subscriber naming was never unified — a merger done in billing and BGP, but not in DNS.
