CFT-AS is JSC Center of Financial Technologies, a Novosibirsk-based Russian

fintech group. CFT builds core-banking software and, most visibly, operates the

Zolotaya Korona ("Golden Crown") payments and money-transfer platform.

What it's used for

• The company's own production and payments infrastructure. The sampled reverse names are first-party and application-flavoured: berserk-proweb.ftc.ru on CFT's corporate domain, and api-kp-com.dp.korona.net — an API endpoint in the Korona payment system's zone.

Notable

• Tiny for a company of this profile: three /24s, about 768 IPv4 addresses in total, four observed BGP neighbours, no IPv6. A payments processor needs resilient, well-peered addresses far more than it needs many of them.
• The three prefixes come from three unrelated legacy ranges (194.85.126.0/24, 193.232.37.0/24, 176.211.127.0/24), which is normal accretion for a long-lived Russian enterprise rather than any sign of brokered space — the rDNS on them is CFT's own.
• This is an enterprise network, not a hosting or access provider. No customer, dynamic or DSL naming appears in the space.
