AS-PAGI is Powszechna Agencja Informacyjna S.A. ("General Information Agency"), a Warsaw telecom operator founded in 1994. Despite the news-agency-sounding name, PAGI is a business-to-business connectivity provider, not a media outlet.

What it's used for

PAGI sells internet access, data transmission and corporate WAN services to companies across Poland over its own hybrid network of radio, mobile and fibre links. Its stated customer base is central and regional government bodies, banks, large enterprises and manufacturing plants — and it markets itself as Poland's leader in connectivity for bank ATM networks, a high-availability niche.

The routing matches that description. About 4,350 IPv4 addresses across five prefixes, all inside 212.69.64.0/19, plus one IPv6 prefix and eleven observed BGP neighbours. Sampled reverse DNS is first-party and enterprise-flavoured (72-1.pagi.pl, virtual.pagi.pl). There is no consumer subscriber naming anywhere in the sample: no dsl, pppoe, dyn or pool labels.

Notable

• The company name translates roughly to "General Information Agency", which reads like a press agency. It is a telecoms operator; the name is a relic of how the business was styled at its 1994 founding.
• PAGI also runs LoRaWAN IoT services aimed at utilities and smart cities, a modern layer on top of a network that is now three decades old.
• Its whole announced footprint sits within a single /19, which is unusually tidy for a legacy holder of this vintage.
